Celebrate Women’s Health Week with us!

We’re celebrating Women’s Health Week from Monday 7 to Sunday 13 September.

Join us this Women's Health Week as we celebrate the health and wellbeing of women, girls and gender-diverse people through a series of free community events designed to support movement, connection and self-care.

Women's Health Week is Australia's largest national health campaign dedicated to empowering women to prioritise their wellbeing. This year's theme, "Do It Anyway", encourages us to take small steps towards better health, even when life feels busy, challenging or uncertain.

Whether you've been meaning to try something new, reconnect with exercise, learn more about your health, or simply take some time for yourself, this is your opportunity to do it anyway.

To celebrate, we're offering a range of free sessions across our centres, including fitness classes, wellbeing workshops and expert-led health education sessions. Bring a friend, join your community and discover practical ways to support your health at every stage of life.
