Celebrate Women’s Health Week with us!

We’re celebrating Women’s Health Week from Monday 1 to Friday 5 September 2025.

This year’s theme is ‘say yes to you’. It's all about encouraging women to take time for themselves and prioritise their own health and wellbeing. 

To help women in our community ‘say yes to you’, we’re running a range of free fitness classes focused on wellbeing and strength. All classes are designed to support and empower women of all ages. 

We’re also providing refreshments after each session so you can socialise and connect with other women in your community.
